Programmes and consultations are personalised complementary wellbeing services
delivered remotely unless otherwise stated.

Payment
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Instalment plans may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellations / Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.

We understand that embarking on a new healing journey, especially one as personal
as energy healing, is a significant decision. Your trust and satisfaction are paramount
to us. That's why we offer a clear satisfaction guarantee to ensure you feel confident
and supported in your healing process.

Our Guarantee to You:
If, after engaging in your clearing sessions, you are not satisfied with the progress
made in alleviating your symptoms, we offer a full refund for those specific clearing
sessions.

Eligibility & Process for a Refund:

Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate your request within 30
days of your clearing session.
 

Discussion & Resolution: We kindly ask that you first discuss your concerns
directly with Melani. Your feedback is invaluable. Melani is committed to
understanding your experience thoroughly and will work collaboratively with
you to address any issues. This may involve exploring adjustments to your
healing plan, recommending additional support, or discussing alternative
approaches.

Assessment Fee: Please note that the initial assessment fee is non-refundable.
This fee covers the essential time and expertise dedicated to understanding
your comprehensive health background, identifying potential root causes, and
developing your personalised energetic clearing strategy, regardless of
subsequent clearing outcomes.

you are not fully satisfied with your results or feel your progress isn't meeting

once delivered.

If, after fully engaging with your programme, you feel dissatisfied with the progress made,
please contact me within 14 days of completion. Concerns will be reviewed fairly and, where
appropriate, a partial or full refund may be offered at my discretion.
